Serial communication is now providing new opportunities.
The Com-Server opens up for the opportunity to communicate through the Internet with units that uses serial communication as RS232 - RS422/488.

The Com-Server makes it possible to do remote control and surveillance of equipment e.g. alarm systems, admission control and general control panels from computers that are connected through the Internet.

Com-Servers come in different editions from High-Speed industry to small OEM-versions that can be implemented in other equipment parts.

The communication goes through virtual COM-ports. Each Com-Server has its own unique IP-address and is connected with a patch-cable to the Ethernet.
