We are pleased to send a non-committal offer on a solution.

At receipt of the order we send an order confirmation by e-mail. If it is desired we can send it by letter or fax as well. Normally the expected date of delivery will appear from the order confirmation.

Delivery times
We can offer the following delivery options:

Express delivery – called red delivery.
We use UPS for express delivery. This ensures that the package will be at the recipient the next day – normally the next morning. If desirable we can inform the Ups Freight number. There will be an express fee to be pay.

Immediate delivery – called yellow delivery.
Delivery will take place as soon as possible with normal postal rates. When the item is in stock we will dispatch the item on the day of the order, if the order is received before 15.00. When the order is not in stock the usual delivery time is 3 -4 days.

Green delivery
Delivery will take place within 7 days if nothing else is stated on the order.

Flexible payment arrangements
We would like it to be easy to buy products at AC. Therefore we offer two different payment arrangements. Contact us for more information.

We give credit to the customers who frequently buy for considerable amounts and who has given us permission to gather information regarding their financial situation. The possibility for credit is based on individual judgments.
